Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our” and “The Rural Doula” refer to Maggi Gray and all associated services.
By accessing or purchasing any services, products, online programs or digital downloads from this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not continue to use this website or purchase services.
You must be over 18 to access or purchase any services or programs.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website indicates acceptance of changes.
Services Covered By These Terms
“The Services” include but are not limited to:
– Doula support (in person or virtual)
– Breastfeeding education and support
– Coaching and mentorship programs
– Enagic business mentorship
– Digital products, ebooks and templates
– Online courses (self-paced and live)
– Masterclasses and workshops (paid or free)
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment options include:
- Upfront payment via Stripe, PayPal or credit card
• Approved instalment plans via course platforms
If you enter a payment plan, you are responsible for completing ALL instalments. Failure to do so may:
– Restrict access to programs or services
– Incur late fees, collection charges or legal recovery costs
You authorise us to charge the card on file for all instalment payments.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Refunds are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You are NOT entitled to a refund simply because you:
– Change your mind
– Don’t use the service
– Experience a change in personal circumstances
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to their instant nature, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
ONLINE COURSES & MENTORSHIP
No refunds unless required by law.
DOULA SERVICES
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling terms are outlined in your signed client agreement.
ENAGIC PRODUCT PURCHASES
All physical product refunds are handled directly through Enagic’s warranty & returns policy, not through The Rural Doula.
Shipping & Delivery
We do not ship Enagic products. All machines are shipped directly from Enagic’s fulfilment centres.
Digital products and program access links are delivered via email instantly upon purchase.
Cancellations
If WE cancel a service or program, a refund or reschedule will be offered.
If YOU cancel:
- Doula services follow your signed client agreement
• Coaching calls may be rescheduled once with 4+ hours notice
• Digital product and mentorship purchases are final
Access & Accounts
You may be required to create a login to access digital services.
You agree to provide accurate details and keep them updated.
You must not share your login or course access with others.
We may suspend or revoke access if misuse is suspected.
Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- PDFs
• Course materials
• Business templates
• Videos, audio files, and written lessons
…is owned by The Rural Doula.
You are granted a single-use, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You must NOT:
✘ Copy, share, sell or distribute any content
✘ Upload materials to shared drives or student groups
✘ Rebrand our content as your own
We reserve the right to revoke access and pursue legal action for IP theft.
Limitation of Liability
You understand that:
- Birth outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• Business results cannot be guaranteed
• Any outcome depends on your own choices, capacity and circumstances
We are not liable for:
– Loss of income or profits
– Injury or medical outcomes
– Delays caused by external providers (e.g., Enagic shipping)
– Your reliance on information in the Services
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Confidentiality
You agree to respect the confidentiality of program communities and other members.
We agree to protect your confidential information unless disclosure is required by law.
Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT use our website or programs to:
– Harass or harm others
– Share violent, abusive or inappropriate content
– Promote competing services
– Breach copyright
– Spread misinformation
– Engage in illegal or unethical behaviour
We may immediately terminate access if behaviour is harmful or disruptive — with no refund.
Complaints Process
If you have a concern, please contact:

Include:
- Your name
• Purchase details
• Nature of the concern
• Desired resolution
We will acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14 business days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
If mediation is required, it will take place in Victoria.
Entire Agreement
These Terms form the complete agreement between The Rural Doula and the client. No verbal statements override this agreement.
