My work has grown through the women I support. I’ve walked beside women through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and the early steps into new income streams, guided by training with leaders like Dr Robyn Thompson and Rhea Dempsey, and supported by the global Enagic network and The Wildly Empowered Collective. Recognition for me is not awards, but the messages from women who felt heard, gained confidence in birth preparation or built income that fits their family. I’m a qualified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator, a trained doula and an Enagic affiliate distributor, supporting women across Australia to feel steady in their bodies, their choices and their futures.
Supporting Women in Birth, Postpartum & Building Income
Women across Australia deserve to feel informed, supported and confident through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and the early weeks at home. My work brings together birth support, breastfeeding education and online income mentoring so women, especially rural mothers, can create lives that match their values, their families and their season of life.
How It All Began
I’m a mum, a birth nerd, a Thompson Method breastfeeding educator, a doula and a farmer’s wife from regional Victoria. I worked in agriculture for years before wanting work that felt aligned with motherhood and rural life. I began my Enagic business in April 2024 while still in agriculture, looking for income ideas that supported our family. In August, I became a Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator. I still held back from sharing everything I knew.
In October, I was made redundant. That moment pushed me toward the path I had wanted for years. Through Enagic and The Wildly Empowered Collective, I found community, confidence and a way to support women in birth, breastfeeding and business. What began with wellness and water ionisers grew into a mission to support rural women who want care, clarity and genuine flexibility.
What I Stand For
My mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies, their choices and their confidence. I support women to birth, mother and work in a way that feels true, sustainable and grounded. I believe in slow living, low tox choices and financial independence for rural women.
My values are integrity, education, empowerment, simplicity and community. You receive guidance that builds knowledge, confidence and long-term wellbeing. Every offering reflects informed choice and holistic support.

I will continue deepening my doula work, expanding education, and mentoring more women toward online income streams that support their families and values.
My long-term vision is to build a Rural Doula Collective and one day a Birth House. A place where women gather, learn, birth, and heal.
